Online Registration
Thank you for taking the time to enter online.
- Important: Your entries have not been accepted until you click the CHECKOUT button on the bottom of the Items/Checkout Page. (If you don’t receive an email receipt with your entries listed, those entries have not successfully been submitted)
- 4-H and FFA exhibitors will not be able to enter online but must have their entries turned in at the Western Idaho Fair Premium Office no later than July 30th. Call the Premium Office at 208-287-5663 or the Extension Office at 208-287-5900 for more information.
A few notes about the online entry process:
- Online entries require a credit card only for Open Class Livestock and Professional Building Entry Fees.
- The Western Idaho Fair will cover the $2 convenience fee.
- Setting up and access to an account is free; you will need to set up a new account each year.
- Use the Department Info & Classes (https://idahofair.com/open-class) as a guideline for entering online (some of the online classes are abbreviated and/or without details).
- To speed up entering online:
- Find the department, division & class number(s) you want to enter.
- DO NOT use the red “Upload File” link to submit photographs, registration papers, etc. Bring in your items on the assigned dates and times. Department 3 – Horse registration papers need to be sent directly to the Premium Office.
