Commercial Vendor Applications
Vendors are an important part of the Western Idaho Fair experience, and we’re excited to welcome new and returning commercial vendors! We’ve introduced an updated application process along with important updates to our policies and procedures in the Commercial Vendor Handbook.
To ensure all vendors are aligned with our guidelines, applications will follow a two-step process:
- Step 1: Read the Commercial Vendor Handbook and acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the policies.
- Step 2: After completing Step 1, the application form will be unlocked for you to submit your request to be a returning or new vendor at the Western Idaho Fair.

Vendor Scams
Fraudulent individuals are reaching out to vendors with fake applications and charging illegitimate “application fees.” Please note:
- All official vendor communication will come from [email protected] or [email protected].
- Applications and contracts are ONLY available through IdahoFair.com.
- We never ask for fees outside of our verified application process.
When in doubt, double-check the sender’s email address and visit idahofair.com directly.
