The Fair is open rain or shine. No refunds will be issued.

In the event of rain, here are a few things to know.

• There are covered areas throughout the grounds including the Expo Building, numerous barns and rings, and tented areas.
• Food booths will be open.
• Entertainers that can perform will be performing.
• Livestock/Ag competitions will be taking place.
• Butler Carnival operations will be dictated by weather severity.
