What does the Fair mean to you? Share Your Fair with us in our all-new, interactive talent show experience: Fair’s Got Talent.
If you have a talent to share with the Fair-going public, register before June 9 for a chance to audition on June 15 at the Fairgrounds. If you’re chosen for an audition, you’ll have ten minutes to set up and give the judges your best shot at a one-minute audition segment. We’ll record it and share it on Facebook. Then it’s up to you to share it far and wide and generate buzz for your act!
Out of all of the auditions, we’ll choose a few finalists to compete live on the Western Idaho Fair mainstage on Monday, August 22 in front of a crowd of enthusiastic fair-goers. The winner at the end of the competition on August 22 will be crowned the 2016 Fair VIP and will receive an all-access pass to the remainder of the Fair for him or herself and three others, including carnival wristbands and gate admission for every day of the Fair, plus $300 in cash and lots of other prizes and perks.
So if you’ve got a talent you want to share with the Fair, register for your June 15 audition slot before midnight on June 9 for a chance to win a Fair experience you’ll never forget. We look forward to watching fans of the Fair share what it means to them in creative and entertaining ways. Good luck!

LOCASH’s journey to this point has included writing hits like “Truck Yeah” for Tim McGraw’s comeback album, their first number-one hit “You Gonna Fly” for Keith Urban, and performing at Times Square on New Year’s Eve. Most recently, they played “I Know Somebody” for a raucous crowd on Jimmy Kimmel Live. But the best is yet to come for them, and we’re excited they’re kicking it with us for a night at the Western Idaho Fair.
Josh Turner’s 2003 Platinum-selling debut album Long Black Train established him as a formidable hit-maker.
