Tickets
I need to speak to someone regarding a different online ticket issue not resolved by the below solutions. How do I contact eTix?
Visit https://support.etix.com and select “Contact Support” in the main menu to chat with Ziva, eTix’s AI Support Assistant.
I purchased a Reserved Concert Ticket but don’t see my tickets in my email?
Upon purchasing, you will receive a confirmation email from eTix immediately. In early August, a separate email will be sent from eTix all tickets purchased.
I don’t see all of the tickets I should have in my ‘Double the Fun’ package that I purchased online. What should I do?
Please go back to the ticket confirmation email you received and click “view tickets.” It should reload the tickets with the correct quantities.
Can I save my tickets to my digital wallet and then, will the Fair ticket takers be able to scan them from my phone?
Yes, you can save each individual ticket purchased in your digital wallet and the Fair’s ticket takers will scan them from your phone.
I’m seeing “General Admission” on all of my tickets in a ‘Double the Fun’ pack. Where are my Carnival Wristband tickets?
We understand this is confusing, but we aren’t able to change the way that some of the language appears on our tickets. The “Carnival Wristband” denotation is listed on the third line of the details.
I bought my tickets online and I never received, deleted or lost my ticket confirmation email, what can I do?
Your confirmation email will come from eTix, not Western Idaho Fair. Try searching for eTix in your inbox. Otherwise, please visit https://support.etix.com/existing-orders/resend-confirmation-email for eTix help and support.
I accidentally sent my tickets to the wrong email address, how can I fix this?
