Get up close with animals and step back in time at Cowtown, the Fair’s favorite petting zoo and old-time creamery! Kids participate in preparing a cow for milking by hand, then discover how milk transforms into butter, ice cream, and soap using historic tools and machines. Through bilingual demonstrations, the Cowtown team shows that agriculture has no barriers, and families leave with a true understanding of what “Home Made” really means.
