The Art of Rap featuring Ice-T with DJ Evil E, Sir Mix-A-Lot, Dj Kevie Kev Rockwell hosted by Mick Benzo

About This Event
Ice-T is a rap pioneer whose raw storytelling helped define gangster rap and reshape American music. From his 1987 debut Rhyme Pays to the landmark O.G. Original Gangster, he built a legacy of boundary-pushing anthems and uncompromising social commentary that put West Coast hip-hop on the map. Audiences also know him as Detective Fin Tutuola on Law & Order: SVU, now in its 25th season. By his side is DJ Evil E, Ice-T’s longtime official DJ and fellow Rhyme Syndicate member, bringing decades of chemistry and live energy to every performance.
Supporting is Sir Mix-A-Lot, the Seattle self-starter behind the Grammy-winning, 5-week No. 1 smash “Baby Got Back” and three consecutive platinum albums. DJ Kevie Kev Rockwell, a Zulu Nation original and member of the legendary Fantastic 5, rounds out a night rooted in the true art of rap.
The evening is hosted by Mick Benzo, Ice-T’s East Coast manager, founder of the Art of Rap Tour, and a hip-hop industry force with over five decades of experience as a manager, promoter, producer and entrepreneur.
